- المكتبة تمثل منصة مجانية عامة تتيح مشاركة المواد العلمية بصيغة PDF.

- ترحب المكتبة بجميع الناشرين الراغبين في عرض مؤلفاتهم على المنصة.
- يتم التعاون مع دور النشر واتحاد الناشرين لضمان حقوق الملكية الفكرية، ويمكن الإبلاغ عن أي كتاب ينتهك الحقوق عبر البريد الإلكتروني: primedulibrary@gmail.com.
- في حال تم التأكد من وجود انتهاك لحقوق النشر، يتم حذف المادة العلمية أو الكتاب أو البحث فوراً.
